SOIN Technology Granted National Invention Patent for "A Multimodal AI Collaborative Processing System and Method for Translation Review"

A Multimodal AI Collaborative Processing System and Method for Translation Review

Beijing SOIN Technology Co., Ltd. ("SOIN Technology") has received another invention patent from the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). The patent covers the self-developed "Multimodal AI Collaborative Processing System and Method for Translation Review", granted after examination under the Patent Law of the PRC.

Patent Facts

Invention: A Multimodal AI Collaborative Processing System and Method for Translation Review; Patent No.: ZL 2025 1 1211054.7; Grant Publication No.: CN 121118920 B; Filing Date: August 27, 2025; Grant Date: May 26, 2026; Inventors: Yang Ting, Hu Tengyu, Hou Peng, Gao Yang; Holder: Beijing SOIN Technology Co., Ltd.

Innovation: Letting AI "Read Text, Inspect Layout, and Check Terminology" at the Same Time

In cross-border compliance, overseas marketing and internationalized technical documentation, translated deliverables contain not only plain text but also charts, layouts, screenshots, brand marks, numbers and units, and industry terminology. Traditional automated QA tools perform only string-level terminology matching and number checking, and miss layout breaks, image-text misalignment, inconsistent terminology and brand-name typos.

The invention proposes a multimodal AI collaborative method for translation review: in addition to a text LLM, the system runs a layout-understanding model, OCR and image-comparison models, and terminology and brand-asset validation models in parallel, coordinated by a review-orchestration agent that outputs structured findings — suspected mistranslations, terminology inconsistency, number/unit errors, layout and image-text misalignment, brand-asset violations — together with directly adoptable corrections. The approach is especially suited to multinationals and language service providers with strict brand and compliance requirements.

Strategic Significance: The Final Puzzle Piece of SOIN's Multilingual Knowledge Intelligence

With this grant, SOIN now holds three key IPs in multilingual knowledge intelligence: the January 2025 software copyright for "Multi-Document Intelligent Summary Generation" addresses understanding many documents; the July 2025 invention patent for "Multilingual Document Summarization and Mind-Map Generation" addresses cross-lingual structured presentation; and today's translation-review patent addresses quality control and compliance of multilingual deliverables.

The three IPs connect end-to-end, forming a complete multilingual product loop for SOIN's overseas enterprises, international law firms, cross-border e-commerce, localization vendors and overseas EPC clients, and underpin the language-services layer of the SoinAgents platform.

Looking Ahead

From early 2025 to May 2026, in less than 18 months, SOIN has consecutively obtained 2 software copyrights and 3 invention patents, all centered on three main threads: AI Agents, multimodality and multilinguality. The company will continue to use its independent IP as a core moat to drive enterprise-grade AI solutions into global markets at scale.
